Solution If you are having trouble logging in to access your products and services, here are some tips.

First, your password is universal for everything we offer...so if you change your password, all
membership sites and product downloads will use the new password.

You can get your password sent to you by visiting http://www.templarbond.com/jv and requesting
a password reminder.

Be sure to whitelist templarbond.com to ensure you can receive administrative email from us.

If you still cannot get your password to work, then there are a couple of things to note:

Some purchases are downloads that expire...so you need to download them after you buy them,
and not wait too long. We do this because some bad customers publish their download links on
the web.

If you refund or cancel your purchase or subscription, this will deactivate your account, so be
sure to make sure your purchase is successful and/or your subscription active.

If all this does not work, then leave a support ticket here and ask us to reset your password.

We will reset it, and leave the new password in your support desk reply.
